If you do not carefully check the valve usage and property specifications before installing the electric butterfly valve, then there may be the following common faults: the valve cannot be reversed or the reversing action is slow, gas leakage, the electromagnetic pilot valve is faulty, etc.
1. The electric butterfly valve cannot be reversed or the reversing action is slow, which is generally caused by poor lubrication, spring is stuck or damaged, greasy dirt or impurities stuck in the sliding part and other reasons. In this regard, you should first check whether the oil mist device is working normally; Whether the viscosity of the lubricating oil is appropriate. If necessary, the lubricating oil should be replaced, the sliding part of the electric butterfly valve should be cleaned, or the spring and the wafer electric butterfly valve should be replaced.
2. After a long period of use, the electric butterfly valve is prone to the phenomenon of wear of the valve core seal ring, the stem and the seat damage, resulting in gas leakage in the valve, slow operation of the valve or inability to change direction normally. At this point, the seal ring, stem and seat should be replaced, or the electric butterfly valve should be replaced.
3. If the inlet and exhaust holes of the electromagnetic pilot valve are blocked by sludge and other debris, the sealing is not strict, the movable iron core is stuck, the circuit is faulty, etc., it can cause the electric butterfly valve to not be redirected normally.
