The introduction of pinch valve
Pinch valve is a fluid control device that relies on the principle of flow path constriction to reduce or shut off the passage of material. Most pinch valve designs feature a highly elastic sleeve or insert in the valve body which is gradually constricted or squeezed closed by either air pressure or by mechanical intervention. This method of valve closure is not only effective for controlling clean fluids but also works well for slurries with high concentrations of suspended solids. This is due to the fact that the flexible sleeve is capable of forming an effective seal around trapped particulates which would otherwise jam or block the mechanism of other valve types. Pinch valves are also particularly well suited to flow control applications because of their large operational ranges.
Working principle
When the hand wheel is turned clockwise, the large and small valve stems drive the upper and lower gates and the compression sleeve to close at the same time, and vice versa to open. In this way, the gate reciprocates up and down between the guide pillars to complete the valve opening and closing work. Due to the small bearing capacity of the rubber sleeve, when opening and closing, as long as the operator feels a certain amount of resistance when rotating the handwheel, the operator will reach the opening and closing limit. No multi-person assistance. Disable other tool opening and closing.
Installation and repair
1、The size of the pipe clamp valve conforms to the standard of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has undergone a pressure test before leaving the factory. GJ41X-6 according to 10kg, GJ41X-10 according to 16kg, the pressure test lasts for 5 minutes without leakage. There is no need to disassemble, clean, adjust or change during installation.
2、The valve can be installed arbitrarily on the pipeline, and there is no restriction on the flow direction of the medium. If wear or leakage occurs after long-term use, just remove the valve body and replace it with a new pipe sleeve, and the valve body can be used for a long time, which is economical and practical.
