Soft Seal Socket Gate Valve
PN16
GGG50 material
The main feature of the socket-type soft seal gate valve is that two sockets are provided at both ends of the valve to form a socket connection with the pipe, that is, the pipe is directly inserted into the socket, which is extremely convenient to install. A rubber sealing ring is placed between the pipe and the socket to achieve seal. This kind of connection is different from the flange connection and is called a flexible connection or a stress-free connection. Its advantage is that it allows the pipe to have an appropriate amount of expansion and contraction at the connection with the socket, which can compensate for the change in the length of the pipe. At the same time, it can eliminate the material stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the pipe to achieve the purpose of protecting the pipe.
